homemade akok besar or bahulu kemboja resepi












1) One and half flour
2)4 or five eggs
3) 2 nuggets of palm sugar
4) 2 glass of coconut milk
5) a bit of bijan
mix all together 1-4 , then put in the mould and bijan on the top. Then bake in the oven with 180 degree celcius for 45minutes.Then this is the result...nyummy!! Good Luck!!!

The most famous dessert in kelantan(akok)



Ingredients:

(1) 1 cup of flour (2) two glass of coconut milk (size : exactly like evaporated condensed milk tin) or one glass coconut milk + one glass of plain water. (3) four or five eggs (4) less than one cup of sugar (5) a bit of salt (6) pandan leave's water/green artificial (7) 1 tea spoon of vanilla essence if no pandan leaves (8) one spoon of butter/cooking oil (5) bijan

Method:
1) blend all the eggs untill raised, pour sugar, then continue blend (2) put coconut milk, salt and flour (3) put green artificial/pandan leave's water and butter/cooking oil. After blend make sure the concentration is higher than 'adunan lempeng ' or ' roti jala' . Then put in the mould and the 'bijan'.Then, cook in the oven or traditional method with 'dapor arang' and 'sabut kelapa'.
