Ingredients:
(1) 1 cup of flour (2) two glass of coconut milk (size : exactly like evaporated condensed milk tin) or one glass coconut milk + one glass of plain water. (3) four or five eggs (4) less than one cup of sugar (5) a bit of salt (6) pandan leave's water/green artificial (7) 1 tea spoon of vanilla essence if no pandan leaves (8) one spoon of butter/cooking oil (5) bijan
Method:1) blend all the eggs untill raised, pour sugar, then continue blend (2) put coconut milk, salt and flour (3) put green artificial/pandan leave's water and butter/cooking oil. After blend make sure the concentration is higher than 'adunan lempeng ' or ' roti jala' . Then put in the mould and the 'bijan'.Then, cook in the oven or traditional method with 'dapor arang' and 'sabut kelapa'.
